As far as Quick Service goes, Satu’li Canteen is top-notch, complete with real plates, bowls, and silverware. Whether you are traveling on the moon of Pandora midday or in the evening to enjoy the bioluminescent glow, make sure you stop into Satu’li Canteen.
Satu’li Canteen
Pandora – The World of Avatar is amazing, and Satu’li Canteen is one of the most unique quick service locations in all of Walt Disney World. Adventurers to Pandora can enhance their trip with a highly customizable meal!
What to Expect
The dining area is reminiscent of a long-since abandoned RDA mess hall, now owned by Alpha Centauri Expeditions (keeping with the theme of the land). When you enter, you see natural rock formations that house Na’vi art. This area feels more like it was part of the ACE renovations when they took over.
The entire seating area, all the way up to the lighting fixtures, seems like something the Na’vi created. The queue line where you order your meal feels more manufactured (and less natural), like an old mess hall. Satu’li Canteen has indoor and outdoor seating. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the weather or seek retreat inside if it’s unfavorable.
Location
Satu’li Canteen is located beside Windtraders and across from the entrance of Flight of Passage in Pandora- World of Avatar. The Quick Service restaurant currently serves lunch and dinner.
Lunch and Dinner
The presentation of the food makes you feel like you are truly eating a meal from outside of Earth. Boba Balls are used in decorating the bowls and some other entrees. (Helpful hint: They taste fine mixed in, but I wouldn’t suggest eating them individually. Ok, go ahead and do it. But don’t say I didn’t warn you.)
Lunch and dinner menus are the same and include Bowls that you build from a base (quinoa and vegetable, red & sweet potato hash, mixed whole grain & rice, or romaine & kale salad), top with either beef, chicken, or tofu, and top with your choice of sauce (charred onion chimichurri, black bean vinaigrette, or creamy herb dressing). You can also get a cheeseburger or vegetable curry pods.
Kids’ meals are the same, just in smaller portions. They also offer cheese quesadilla and hotdogs.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also served here.
The desserts are very different from the norm in terms of taste and texture. They include a Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse and Chocolate Cake. You may want to share these until you decide you like them enough for everyone to get one.

Dad’s Bottom Line
Interesting fare in a variety of combinations. This is one of the few places that really encourage the guest to build their meal. Delicious food, great presentation, and nice atmosphere. Don’t be afraid of giving this place a try!
