All aboard! The Walt Disney World Railroad is a classic, historic feature of Magic Kingdom. The 1.5-mile track is home to four vintage trains (built between 1916 and 1928) that will take you for a 20-minute ride for the full loop. You also have the option to get off at one of three stops. It takes about 20 minutes for the train to circle the park.

Ride Tips
While there typically isn’t too much of a line for the train (making it a great option for families), you may have a bit of a wait just depending on where the train is on the loop before getting to your station. Additionally, you’ll want to note that the attraction typically closes a few hours before the park, so don’t wait until the last minute to board.
Is the Walt Disney World Railroad Kid-Friendly?
It’s a great gentle ride for any age! The best part is that there are multiple stops, so if you have a kid that gets board or wants to get off, there are multiple opportunities without having to do the full loop.
Best For: All ages, fans of Disney history.
Will Walt Disney World Railroad Cause Motion Sickness?
