When you dine at EPCOT’s Le Cellier Steakhouse, you’ll feel like you’re stepping into some of the grandest hotels in Canada from the 1800s and 1900s like the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and Fairmont Château Laurier. Designed after these iconic spots along Canada’s railroads, this fine dining restaurant takes table-service to a whole new level.

Le Cellier translates to “the cellar,” and that’s what the dining room feels like here. The restaurant is designed to look like a wine cellar, with plenty of vintages on display as you dine. The food is centered around traditional steakhouse fare – meaning it’s more adult-friendly than kid-friendly.

Le Cellier Steakhouse Location

Head up the stairs of the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, and you’ll find Le Cellier located at just about the pavilion’s midpoint. You can’t miss it; the castle-like building is a dead giveaway you’ve arrived.

Le Cellier Steakhouse Menu

Open for lunch and dinner service, Le Cellier offers same menu no matter what time you dine.

With classic steakhouse fare on the menu, Le Cellier might feel more American than Canadian. However, there’s plenty that’s both familiar for Americans and uniquely Canadian in ingredients and dishes. Take a look at what you can dine on below.

Disney Dining Plan

Le Cellier does accept the Disney Dining Plan, but only the Disney Dining Plan. You can’t use the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan at this table-service restaurant.

Before dining here, you’ll want to make sure to note that it’s one of the “exceptions” on the dining plan. Le Cellier will cost two table-service meal credits per person – meaning it’s double the “cost” of your typical meal.

Advance Dining Reservations

You will absolutely need to make an advance dining reservation (ADR) if you’re hoping to dine at Le Cellier. This steakhouse is a popular one, and ADRs do disappear quickly at the 60-day mark.

Is Le Cellier Steakhouse Kid-Friendly?

Technically, like all restaurants at Disney World, Le Cellier welcomes kids of all ages with open arms. However, it’s worth noting that this table-service establishment is a more elevated option – it feels like a cozy, classic steakhouse inside, and touches like flickering candlelight and wine cellar-inspired stone arches make it feel more adult.

Additionally, Le Cellier is considered one of Disney World’s Fine/Signature Dining restaurants, which means it’s a bit less kid-friendly than your typical table-service restaurant. Here, kids will want to be on their best behavior (especially with higher per-plate prices, too.)

If you’re expecting your kids to be a bit raucous at the table, this isn’t the restaurant to choose. However, if you want to treat the family to a fancier meal, this is a great in-park option at EPCOT. Entrées like macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, and even chicken will make picky eaters quite pleased.
