If it’s character dining within Disney’s Hollywood Studios you’re looking for, you’ll find it at Hollywood & Vine. Home to two character meals, one with Disney Junior Stars and one with Minnie Mouse and friends, kids of all ages can enjoy some tasty buffet choices and have one-on-one encounters with their favorite characters.

Whether you’re visiting the park with infants, toddlers, or even tweens, Hollywood & Vine is a great option if you want to combine a special experience with your meal. Anyone who loves character interactions will enjoy this restaurant, and it’s one of your best bets if you’re looking for entertainment while you dine.

Hollywood & Vine Location

Hollywood & Vine is located in the Echo Lake area of Hollywood Studios. It sits next door to 50’s Prime Time Café, right across from the lake itself.

Hollywood & Vine Menu

You can choose from three meal services at Hollywood & Vine: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu and the character experience does change depending on when you decide to dine.

Breakfast is Disney Junior Play n’ Dine, during which popular Disney Junior characters stop by to play and interact with kids.

Lunch and dinner are Minnie’s Seasonal Dining, featuring Minnie herself as well as friends like Goofy, Pluto, Donald, and even Mickey himself (and sometimes, Daisy makes an appearance).

All meals at Hollywood & Vine are buffet-style, with a rotating menu that features some breakfast, lunch, and dinner staples as well as seasonal treats that reflect the time of year. Take a look at some of what you might find on the menu below.

Disney Dining Plan

You can use the Disney Dining Plan – but only this plan, not the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan – at Hollywood & Vine. No matter which character meal you choose, it’ll cost one table-service meal credit per person for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Advance Dining Reservations

Like all table-service restaurants and character dining experiences at Disney World, Hollywood & Vine does offer advance dining reservations (ADRs). And it’s highly recommended that you make an ADR before visiting the park.

Character dining experiences are always in high demand, so it’s likely that this is a spot where you’ll see ADRs snapped up quickly right at the 60-day mark. However, you can keep checking in the months and weeks leading up to your trip, as others’ plans can change – and reservations can open up.

Is Hollywood & Vine Kid-Friendly?

Since Hollywood & Vine is a character dining experience, it’s one of the most kid-friendly restaurants you’ll find at Hollywood Studios. But what makes this dining spot particularly great for kids of all ages is there are two options – one that’s toddler- and preschooler-friendly, and one that’s great for all ages.

Plus, Hollywood & Vine offers extra-special character dining opportunities throughout the year. If you’re looking for something seasonal, don’t miss Minnie’s Halloween Dine (characters dress up in their Halloween costumes) or Minnie’s Holiday Dine (featuring characters in their wintertime best), both of which feature slight tweaks to the original format.

And of course, since this table-service restaurant is a character dining experience, no one expects kids to be quiet or especially well-behaved! Interacting with characters always makes for a more lively dining experience, so it’s a great place to let your kids be kids while eating.

Oh, and when it comes to the food – there’s definitely something for everyone. As you can see from the partial menus above, picky eaters and more adventurous eaters alike will find something they like at either the breakfast or lunch/dinner buffet.
